Hours of fun.

Whichever of my parents bought the crackers this year did a good job. This came out of one the many that i won. Kept me amused for most of the evening.

I liked the bird - perhaps duck/chicken - theme. This was my favourite.

I was woken up by my Mum at 10am. She was obviously excited to open her presents. The main one being a bike. There she is riding it round the house.

Crazy youth of today. My 14 year old brother with his foot spa.

I think it took till last nights snow fight to make me feel even a little Christmassy. Unlucky for my family, I had done all the present shopping by then. When i say 'all' i mean bought 4 presents. And took ages choosing wrapping paper.

Midnight Snow Fights

Its nearly midnight and i have snowballs being thrown at my window. At first i just turned Lady GaGa up, but you know what they say... if you can't beat them, join them. With a camera in hand of course. Here is my dad building a snowman.

I spent the whole night out in Warrington trying to subtly take pictures of people and failing. But these two actually asked me to take a picture, then bought me a drink for doing so.

Today i went on a nature walk with my friend Steph. This is where we went.

It even had a guide for what nature to look out for.

First we climbed this. There used to be a good old fashioned red spiders web climbing frame but now it looks a bit more war of the worlds.

The sky was changing the whole time we were out. This is a good photo of that.

There seems to be a bordering on unhealthy obsession with Herons.

The next couple of pictures explain the Bill and Kate reference. These two guys loved us.

And this little chap should have been a contender for model of the year. He posed for ages. Georgia who?

Birds footprints on the ice on the canal. Probably a moorhen.

Then we - i mean I - watched these girls sledding from behind some bushes. Jealous.

This is an actual haunted house.

I had completely forgotten there was a maze.

Finally we found the centre. And took the portkey home.

Nigella and LADY LUCK are in the house.

YES. I managed to fix whatever drama was going on inside my phone and i found ALL my pictures. So here goes.

Tonight, off the top of my hair, i thought i would make dinner for my family. I was in tesco's and this guy just seemed to be calling out for me to take him home with me.

This was the ingredients before i just threw them all together just to see what happened.

This is my salmon sandwich filled with ricotta, spinach and mushrooms (you can't see them) before being cooked.

I think he looks better with a tan don't you? Mmmmmmmm. TASTY.

True to form my ungrateful little brother completely destroyed his portion before even eating it. I don't like cheese or vegetables he said (having earlier eaten a cheese and ham sandwich) as he scraped off all the bits with the most flavour.

It tasted amazual. SUCCESS.
